Ian Adair has 15 years of experience fundraising in education and nonprofit.  He obtained an Advanced Leadership Certificate from Clemson University, holds a Masters in Family & Child Studies from the University of Central Oklahoma and a Bachelors of Science in Psychology from Westminster College.  He serves as the Resource Development Director for Boys & Girls Clubs of Thurston County and is the Principal Consultant for www.RE-Fundraising.com. Nathan Hand has over 10 years of nonprofit and fundraising experience at the local, national and international levels. He is an AmeriCorps Alumni, holds an Executive Certificate in Nonprofit Management from Georgetown University, a Masters in Philanthropic Studies from Indiana University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from DePauw University. He serves as Vice President of Development and Marketing at School on Wheels in Indianapolis, blogs at www.nonprofitnate.com and tweets at @nathan_hand.
